Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Counter-Notification Procedure

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, GRAPHENEBUY SHOP LLC may terminate accounts or block access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
